VSI Crushers
YES VSI CRUSHERS are high speed crushing machines, which use a closed type rotating impeller in a horizontal plane performing like a pump for pumping solids. The secondary-crushed material fed in the center of the rotor is accelerated and is allowed to hit an annular rock-shelf encircling the rotor with a very high kinetic energy. The impact generated breaks the hitting rock into pieces along its natural fault-lines. The end product thus produced by this 'Rock-on-Rock' crushing principle is cubicle in shape and meets the specifications of well graded construction aggregates, and mineral fines & powders.
The impact crushing in VSI is proven to be most efficient method to produce fine aggregates, i.e., crushed-sands. The welldesigned processing circuits by YES with its VSI crushers produce crushed-sands from hard rocks meeting the gradation standards set forth for concrete sands and plaster sands.
The rock-shelves can be replaced by steel-anvil type crushing chamber for crushing lesser abrasive rocks and minerals. The 'Rock-on-Steel' crushing with steel-anvil gives out higher reduction ratio and a higher percentage of desired product size in single pass.
