YES has established its own machine building and heavy steel fabrication facility in Hyderabad on an area of 2 acres having an indoor and outdoor space to cater to the steel fabrication needs of its plant supply orders and the requirements of fabricated structures of quarry, mining, construction and process industries.

A well-qualified and experienced team manages the manufacturing and fabrication works supported by dedicated vendors for machining jobs, etc., wherever required. An in-house quality control team ensures all jobs are performed to approved quality assurance plans and to highest quality levels.

The production capacity of this facility is more than 100 MT per month.

YES is geared up for fabrication of light to medium to heavy steel items, such as:

• Plant building structures
• Heavy machine-beds and support frames
• Bulk handling systems – junction houses, conveyor gantries & trestles
• Stock yard equipment – stackers, reclaimers, loaders
• Technological structures – hoppers, bins, chutes
• Process equipment for steel, cement and mineral process plants
• Any custom-designed equipment and steel items
