Grizzly Feeders

YES Grizzly Feeders are robust in construction and designed to take impact loads of dumping run-of-mine materials. They are installed below the truck-dump hoppers and are designed for heavy-duty conditions to handle abrasive, hard and blasted granites and mineral ores.

The heavily built integral grizzly-deck will extract, scalp-out and feed the large lumps to the primary crushing equipment. The resilient bottom deck with a screen mesh will help to bypass the undersize materials, relieving the primary crusher of extra wear & tear and resulting a great saving in energy. The screen-deck will also help to separate quarry rejects, wherever needed.

The dual shaft vibratory mechanism generates a powerful linear vibratory force, which will move large boulders down to quarry dust as a whole mass and with same speed, ensuring a blended feed to the primary crusher. This enhances feeding efficiency at increased volumes with least power.
