Inclined Vibrating Screens

YES INCLINED SCREENS are designed heavy-duty for a wide range of applications – both dry and wet screening of construction aggregates, fine sand screening and sizing of various minerals.

A simple vibrating mechanism is built with a high load carrying capacity double row spherical roller bearings. The oil bath lubrication and fool-proof double labyrinth seal protection against ingress of dust ensure a long operating life even in highly dust-laden environment.

The powerful circular vibratory force generated at center of gravity of the screen spreads evenly across the screen decks ensuring high efficiency of separation. The amplitude of vibration of the screen and be varied by increasing or decreasing the counter weights for achieving optimum screening results. The screen mesh clamping and tensioning is simple in design for easy removal and more importantly to provide a uniform tightness to the entire surface area of the screening medium, thereby distribute wear and obtain maximum screen-cloth life.

The driving pulley could be fitted on either side of the screen. The spring-loaded motor-mount will ensure no extra loads on motor shaft or the screen vibratory shaft mechanism, and helps a smooth start-stop operation.

The screen body, amply reinforced and of bolted construction, robust but light weight and devoid of any residuary stresses, is built to provide a long life in arduous quarry conditions.
