YES SHORT-HEAD CONE CRUSHER is built with anti-friction roller bearings for high performance and for producing uniform, cubical-shaped products in large volumes. The extra heavy-duty roller bearings – inner & outer eccentric and counter-shaft transmission - ensure a long trouble-free working life and efficient power use and low operating costs.

The cast-steel top shell and bottom shell are rugged in shape and strength to withstand high crushing forces. The balanced eccentric cartridge with anti-friction bearings eliminates all unwanted vibrations on the support structure and minimizes foundation costs. The main-shaft is of high-grade alloy forging with a shrink-fitted core to take heavy and combined torsionbending- thrust loads. It is hydraulically supported through a set of bronze & steel wear rings to effectively absorb all the vertical crushing loads. The power transmission through counter-shaft assembly and bevel gear & pinion ensures minimum power loss and maximum power being available for generating a powerful gyratory force to crush the toughest materials.

The hydraulic power-pack with separate motorized gear-pumps with complete automatic safety controls provides a trouble-free air-cooled lubrication for all bearings & power transmission and hydraulic support system for main shaft & a continuous CSS adjustment with tramp-iron release. The top main-shaft swivel type bearing is grease-lubricated by an automated independent motorized grease pump. A combination mechanical and airpressure sealing system will ensure no ingress of dust into powertrain and gyratory inners.
