YES HORIZONTAL SCREEN is driven by universal triple shaft vibratory mechanism that develops a powerful elliptical motion across the length and breadth of the screen deck.
The aggressive vibratory force will eliminate plugging and blinding in all modes of material screening operations, wet or dry, ranging from coarse to fine separation of 'easy-to-screen' to 'most- difficult-to-screen' materials.
The prominent feature of the vibrating mechanism is its in-built feature to alter the amplitude and stroke angle for achieving optimal screening efficiency for different materials separation and for varied applications. The frequency of vibration (RPM) too is increased or decreased through an adjustable sheave mounted on motor shaft, to meet specific screening needs.
The 'Huck-Bolt' construction of the mainframe with high quality steel plates is adequately stiffened for a high degree of rigidity. The material screening decks are designed to take high loads and together with mainframe form an exceptionally rigid 'box' to withstand severest of the vibratory stresses.
