YES GYRATORY CONE CRUSHER is geometrized for bigger feed size and larger capacity in secondary crushing applications. Its steep crushing chamber is profiled for free flow of bigger lumps and slabs and crush them to uniform-sized product. The sturdy construction makes it an ideal choice for handling a variety of materials like very hard granites, basalts and river gravel down to limestones and mineral ores
The mainframe consisting of cast-steel top shell & bottom shell, is liberally sized and robustly built to withstand heavy crushing loads. It accommodates a heavily built main-shaft & core assembly, specially- profiled and well-secured manganese-steel mantle & concave segments, the eccentric and journal bearing assembly with drive gear & pinion and counter-shaft assembly with anti-friction bearings. The crusher incorporates hydraulic support arrangement for lifting/lowering of main-shaft, powered by an independent hydraulic power-pack with push-button controls.
A separate lube-pump in the power-pack provides oil lubrication to the bearings and gear transmission. The swivel type main-shaft bearing at its top support is grease-lubricated by an automated motorized gear-pump. A positive pressure-seal arrangement through an air blower will prevent ingress of dust into rotating parts.

- Push-button actuated hydraulic adjustment of closed side setting (CSS) with a tramp-iron release control.
- An automatic high-pressure grease lubrication of spider bearing by a motorized gear-pump.
